Nordlys - Aurora borealis

In the period from December until mid-April, we offer special tours to view the Northern Lights and experience the Arctic winter.

Experience this magical light phenomenon in the quiet and cold. A professional photographer, who rakes beautiful photos of the Northern Lights, joins us on the tour. We recommend an SLR camera and tripod. You will rediscover the meaning of peace and quiet. We also recommend a dog-sledging trip or a snowmobile safari. (We prefer the option of dog-sledding because of the silence.) During this tour, our guests experience the genuine “slow life”.

For skiing enthusiasts, we recommend an off-piste ski tour with a local guide at Kågen or Arnøy. Please ask us about any special tours.
